  This store has good low prices. You do need to check the meats and produce, but they have a pretty good selection. As far as their values section they take all the foods that are about to expire or expired from other stores that aren't willing to sell them and sell them for extremely low prices. I haven't bought any fresh stuff from this section, but many canned and some bottled goods. Studies have shown that as long as the integrity of the can is still good the food is perfectly safe to eat. It just slowly losses it's flavor over time. It reality this is a great practice for them to do. In America we throw away exorbitant amounts of food. By selling what other stores aren't willing to because of a date they are keeping lots more food from ending up in our landfills.
